By signing up for a Cashinmyleads account you agree to our Terms of Services and conditions.
You agree to recieve advertising and special offer emails from Cashinmyleads admin, Our Gold Members and your sponsor, if you wish to stop recieving paid email just turn off this feature in your profile.

Member must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Members must provide accurate information to complete registration and update they information as the need be, including an accurate name, mailing address ,email address and telphone number.

To the full extent allowed by applicable law, Cashinmyleads, at its sole discretion and for any or no reason, may refuse to accept applications for Broker Membership.

Cashinmyleads has the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel a Broker's Membership from access to the Cashinmyleads Website and it's program for slandering of name, making faults claims, violation and abusing or miss representing our program.
All Sale and Earnings from Member to Member will be cancelled by Cashinmyleads sole discretion, and the Member may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies if such action is deemed warranted by Cashinmyleads administrarors. Member agrees not to abuse his or her Broker's Membership privileges by acting in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement.
Member agrees not to participate in any fraudulent behavior of any kind in no way shape or form do we tolerate cheating another Member by failing to make a payment or credits,spamming of our membership, or the use of spam to promote your other programs.
We take this matter very seriously and will take any action we deem neccessary to ensure your information is not used in any abussive manner.
By signing up to our program you agree that you will not spam in order to receive referrals or other benifits.

Only 1 Account is allowed

We have a script 1 Account Per IP policy, we monitor our servers 7 day a week constantly, if we find more then 1 account per ip address one or both will be removed with or without notice and all earnings will be lost.

Representing our company

As an Broker Member to our website, you may not represent yourself as an employee
or any other staff Member of our Business and website. You are required not to use our advertising platform
in a manner that will not mistake you as a staff represenative of our company.

Cheating

We offer you points for viewing our advertisers ads, this is to help gain more advertising PTC Credits to use towards your own ads.
If we find and Broker using our services over and over to generate
funds with multiple accounts, we have the right to delete said Broker's accounts, and remove therefore lossing all access and referral commissions
at any time with or without notice. We take cheating very seriously, and we monitor our servers
daily.

Advertising Terms

Your website must not contain racist, pornographic, illegal, discriminating, vulgar, or other adult materials of any kind.
Your website must be english.
Your website must not contain or promote any viruses
Your website must not contain any frame breakers.
Your website must not conatin ANY message boxes such as download dialogs, confirmation alerts or software installations.
Your website's single popup/popunder must not open any new windows.
Your website's single popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

When you purchase a Broker's Membership subscription for $9.95 monthly
You are given access to our Advertising and Retail paltform to conduct business with other Member Brokers. As a Broker you are allow to Sell your Ad Credits to Customers and other Brokers for Cash or pament via your payment processors you have on your account profile, therefore no refund can be given for month which you have been given access to our Advertising and retail Platform to do Member to Member business transactions.
When you pay the verification fee of $2.95 no refund can be issue because you recieved 400,000 credits to your account.
No refund is allowed.
We will only issue a refund if you have not received your credits in 3 business day of your purchase
When you purchase any advertising on our site your account is credited the within 24 hours therefore no refunds are allowed.

Change of Terms

We Reserve the right to change our Terms of service at any point in time with or without notice
to our users, although we will try to notify our users of every change we make, we are not
obligated in any form to provide this information. It is your responsibility to keep yourself
familiar with our Terms of Service.

If a Broker objects to any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications to this agreement, or becomes dissatisfied with the Program and it features, the Broker only recourse is to cancel his subscription at his or her payment processor and request by email with the subject line DELETE ACCOUNT/USRENAME, to immediately discontinue participation in the Cashinmyleads program and we will properly terminate his or her Broker membership.
